The foyer has for its main living space, a former farmhouse. The kitchen and the dinning room are on the ground floor of this ancient building. On the first floor, there are 18 individual rooms. In 2004-2005, the Maison Coroze, was built to accommodate students and teachers. The training course has many working studios at its disposal as well as a classroom, a eurythmy room and a secretariat. Those buildings are surrounded by a beautiful park maintained by the residents and the students.

This 80 hectares agricultural domain of bocage and woodland has been managed collectively for almost thirty years. Currently, the raising of Charolaise, Aubrac and Highland cows occupies most of the land. Some Poitevine goats and some sheep support the biodiversity. All the activities respect the principals of organic agriculture with the will of the farm's team to develop biodynamic practices.
